My Offerings

I currently offer weekly Kundalini yoga, meditation and sound baths with gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and chimes at venues across Cardiff.

Sessions are offered WEEKLY in person and online.

 Mondays at Llanover Hall Arts Centre in Canton, Wednesdays online, Wednesdays at Boulders climbing centre in Cardiff, Mondays and Fridays at House of Muse in Pontcanna. 

Workshops are offered MONTHLY at Coed Hills Rural Art Space near Cowbridge, Sisterhood Circles Sundays at the SunHouse in Gwaelod y Garth, Sound Baths at Thriv Salon in Canton.

We will gather side by side in the "Wild Butterfly Tent" on this beautiful land to delve deep into this sacred energy-based practise, and to rest, reflect and re-direct our intentions to raise our vibration
